BTC sessions over Xmas and New Year

 All of our sessions will take a break between Xmas and New Year with the exception of the Bolton One Senior Swim which will go ahead on Thu 29th Dec but at an earlier time 7 to 8pm. The last Bolton One swim before Xmas will be on Thu 22nd Dec but also at the earlier time 7 to 8pm. The first Bolton One session after New Year will be on Thu 5th Jan and normal time slot will resume from then on 7.30 to 8.30pm

So Bolton One sessions will be held as follows

Thu 22nd Dec 7 to 8pm

Thu 29th Dec 7 to 8pm

Thu 5th Jan 7.30 to 8.30pm

Smithills Junior Swim Thursdays. Last one tonight 15th Dec. First one back Thu 12th Jan

Farnworth Junior and Senior Swim sessions Saturdays. Last one Sat 17th Dec. First one back Sat 7th Jan

Turton Senior Swim Sessions Tuesdays. Last one Tue 20th Dec. First one back Tue 3rd Jan

Horwich Early morning senior swim session Fridays. Last one Fri 16th Dec. First one back 6th Jan

Leverhulme Park sessions Mondays. Last one 19th Dec. First one back 9th Jan

Due to poor attendance and pressures on the club finances the committee have yet to decide whether to continue the Horwich Sat Senior Swim session in the New Year. The options are to hire only 3 lanes if the pool agree to that and they haven't yet decided  or to cancel it all together. Will let everyone know soon as a decision has been made

Tameside Junior Duathlon and Adult Go-Tri Duathlon 21st August 2022

Bolton Tri Club are running these events on 21st August at the Tameside Cycle Circuit, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL7 9HG from 12.00 - 3.30 pm.  Final Event information including briefing and start times is below.

We ran these events successfully in 2018 and 2019. It is a great venue with a 1km off road tarmac cycling track. The run is on the adjacent playing field. There will be chip timing provided by What's My Time and race commentary.
