It is the Bolton Ironman this Sunday. I am sure our club members would appreciate any supporters to cheer them for them en route. I know they have all been training hard and have plenty of miles in the bank. They are

The pros will be finishing around 3pm. It is a 6am start at Pennington Flash. Our guys should be on the run route between 2 and 6pm.
